At PEN PEPTIDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; that is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
